Community Organizer

Polaris is seeking a Community Organizer for its Strategic Initiative to End Trafficking in Illicit Massage businesses. As the Initiative begins to shift the national narrative around this issue more community groups are reaching out for information, resources, and training; more networks need to be mobilized and equipped to contribute to ending trafficking through their professional capacities.

Chief Communications Officer

As the most senior communications professional in the organization, the Chief Communications Officer (CCO) is a member of Polaris’s Executive Team and is responsible for overseeing and guiding all aspects of Polaris’s communications functions. The CCO will ensure that Communications functions are integrated in the organization’s strategic approach to all of Polaris’ work.

Data Entry Associate

Working with both the Data Analysis Program (DAP) and the National Human Trafficking Hotline, the Data Entry Associate will review current and past hotline case notes for particular markers, classify the information based on provided guidelines and enter the information accurately into a Salesforce database. This primary task will occupy 90-100% of the data entry associate’s time.  The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, proven aptitude at using databases, ability to work independently and be able to appropriately handle highly sensitive, confidential information.

Senior Policy Advisor

Polaris is seeking a Senior Policy Advisor who can further our organizational goals by strategically working to advance federal policy efforts to combat human trafficking. This role will work in close collaboration with the Director of Government Relations & Public Policy to help build Polaris’ brand on the Hill and drive organizational government relations priorities.

Anti-Trafficking Hotline Advocate

The Anti-Trafficking Hotline Advocate is primarily responsible for answering the hotline. This primary task occupies 85-100% of the Anti-Trafficking Hotline Advocate’s work day. The Anti-Trafficking Hotline Advocate will also respond to hotline calls, SMS text message conversations, online tip forms and conduct case follow up.
