Project Manager

Polaris Project seeks a high-performing Project Manager for the successful delivery of projects and product releases that support the initiatives that transform and streamline the organization. Through methodical planning, rigorous execution, and continuous oversight, the Project Manager will ensure that multi-disciplinary projects are completed on-time and on-budget, and that releases are timely, impactful and of high quality.

Data Quality Associate

Working with the Data Analysis Program (DAP), the Data Quality Associate will review current and past hotline case notes for particular markers, classify the information based on provided guidelines and enter the information accurately into a Salesforce database.

Accountant

Reporting to the Director of Finance, Polaris is seeking an Accountant who will assist with various aspects of the preparation and production of accounting and financial reports, as well as other operations related duties and/or responsibilities.

 

Research and Strategy Specialist

The Research and Strategy Specialist will use qualitative and quantitative methods to understand the operations of particular types of trafficking with the goal of quickly identifying and creating targeted action plans to disrupt and prevent these activities.

Chief Development Officer

Polaris is seeking a Chief Development Officer to provide comprehensive guidance and overall strategy to grow the organization’s donor base and increase revenue to help expand its mission and programs. Reporting to the CEO and serving as a member of Polaris’ Executive team, the CDO is a key strategic advisor and partner to the organization’s leaders and Board of Directors and an excellent manager to its 5-person development team.

Case Analyst, Corporate Engagement

As a member of Polaris’s National Hotlines team, the Case Analyst, Corporate Engagement Liaison will serve as a subject matter expert on human trafficking and exploitation and will be responsible for the management, analysis, and coordination of response to cases of human trafficking and exploitation and victim service needs received through the National Hotline and BeFree Textline.
